typical prices range between 20 and 35 cents per square foot. the variance is calculated by our main 3 expenses. Time, Labor, Materials. First how long will the job take us. Second how labor intensive is it, and third how much product will we go though. For example it takes around 2x as long and 2x the labor to clean really soiled matted down carpet vs yearly maintence and normal wear and tear. what kind of damage is done to the carpet, ink, pet damage etc. one of the main questions we ask everyone is “what kind of condition is the carpet in” from there we listen. calculate a few options and will run those by you. In some really bad cases we flat tell people not to hire us and to call a carpet store for replacement.
